| I just finished reading your book "Embraced by the Light" and I wanted to express my gratitude to God for giving you the courage to record your experiences. Thank you you have helped me more than I can ever express in words.

| Hi Betty, I just found out about you and your book through a phone conversation with my childhood friend in Iran. Despite not having seen each other for 27 years, we're more connected than ever. We have each landed in our spirituality in quite different ways and are amazingly in sync with each other. I just wanted to let you know that you're reaching people far beyond North America, and thank you for leading with your light. I look forward to exploring your website further and reading your books. I would also like to share a message from Spirit, which came to me during a meditation in the woods last week. If anyone is interested, please e-mail me. 28 December 2006 - Vancouver, British Columbia

| I am repeating and agreeing with John S {the entry next to mine}. My heart and Spirit know it is true. True! Second time reading - I believe I have also seen a video of hers. The book validates truths I already held but didn't know where it came from. Now I know - Spirit taught me.

| Simply inspiring and moving. The message of Embraced seems simple because it seems obvious. Who would want life and its "meaning" to be any different than as Betty Eadie describes it? It's natural. It's true. It's good. It's beautiful. My heart just knows this as I read.

| I just finished your book "Embraced by the Light" for the second time. It is so inspiring. I have recently lost both of my parents, and Grandparent and my 19 year old cat. I have been having trouble getting over the losses. Your book has given my hope and the will to cont. my life on earth. I must have a purpose and I need to find out what that is. Thank you for writing the book.

| I was overwhelmed by your book and cannot wait to read the rest. My Mother-in-law read Embraced by the Light and gave it to me to read. I was excited to be able to talk with her about the experiences that you spoke of. Since she lost her husband in 2001, I feel that she has had questions that she could not have an answer to and I believe that your book gave her the answers. She needed to know that Fred is with God and is happy and safe. She and I have a wonderful friendship and I treasure the time we can sit and talk without her needing to be worried that I would be hurt or upset that she was expressing her feelings. We all love her so much and she is so strong for us. I am so blessed to have her in my life and I treasure her friendship dearly. So many things make perfect sense after reading your experiences. I thank you for sharing and I know that you are an Angel to all who read your books. Thank you, May God continue to bless you and keep you.

ATTN: Betty I wanted to say that while reading your story a few years ago, I listened to the repeated song " I knew I loved you " by savage garden. For your movie, I think it would be an excellent song when you get embraced by the light. complete song lyrics: Maybe it's intuition but some things you just don't question Like in your eyes, I see my future in an instant And there it goes, I think I found my best friend I know that it might sound more than a little crazy but I believe. I knew I loved you before I met you I think I dreamed you into life I knew I loved you before I met you I have been waiting all my life There's just no rhyme or reason Only the sense of completion And in your eyes, I see the missing pieces I'm searching for I think I've found my way home I know that it might sound more than a little crazy but I believe. I knew I loved you before I met you I think I dreamed you into life I knew I loved you before I met you I have been waiting all my life A thousand angels dance around you I am complete now that I've found you I knew I loved you before I met you I think I dreamed you into life I knew I loved you before I met you I have been waiting all my life I knew I loved you before I met you I think I dreamed you into life I knew I loved you before I met you I have been waiting all my life (To Fade) 20 November 2006 - colorado

| Betty, I just want to say how grateful I am for your books. The devotional helps me clear my mind and focus on God before I pray. I bought a copy for my sister this summer and she is delighted with it. Even though she's a busy mother of four, she has time to read one page daily. It has strenghthened her paryer habits and she is beginning to see results. Thank you for your unselfish gifts to the world. I thank God for you regularly and pray for your health and safety. 14 November 2006 - Des Moines, IA

| I am re reading your book Embraced by the Light. I first read it in 1995 and again now. I can't imagine that you would make up those stories or that they were halluciantions. You express them so they are very real. My mom read it before she died and said that she thought that not everyone would experience the same thing that you did. When she died, I was laying on the bed with her through the night. I lifted my head to see her face just at the right time. I saw her smile this huge smile while her eyes were staring. I believe that she saw God's light or Christ himself or something wonderful. Thank you for sharing your experiences. It takes courage to express what some may come to think as "bunk". I wonder where you are now and what other things you have experienced. Would you or have you ever come to Michigan to speak about your NDE?

| I have read both Embraced by the Light and the Awakening Heart recently. They are amazing and inspiring books. I have purchased a number of copies to give as gifts to friends, family and co-workers. I would love to have the privelege of seeing you and hearing you speak. God has truly blessed you and is using you mightily in spreading the truth of His Unconditional Love. The world is becoming more dangerous and sad every day and we who are believers must let our light and His Love shine through more and more. Thank you for doing that Betty. May He continue to richly Bless you.

| I have been wanting to read your books since 1990 when i had my own NDE, and while it was nothing like yours.it was amazing and wonderful. I just finished your second book The Awakening Heart and feel touched. I have started my spirituality walk and opening myself up to knowing God as a loving god who loves me for me, sees me as perfect and wishes me to see myself that way, not to let my ego get in the way of thinking of myself or others in judgement. I am learning to rethink how i think and how i speak, and constantly learning positive over negative. Folks who know me are actually saying i look relaxed!!me?? bless you for your writing and never ask why me.say why not me because you are perfect in Gods eyes.

| I read Embraced when you first published, and my life changed. Not drastically, but like an ocean liner change course a small degree---the change is barely noticeable, but it ends up at a whole new place. I opened to the Holy Spirit again, and He began to renew my hope and my life. I KNOW God used you to redirect me to Him. And I thank you for your obedience in sharing your story, in writing your book.

| I have had five losses in my life inthe last four years . my husband at too yoong an age, then my mom and three best friends from cancer. I was so lost till I was given your books to read.Embraced By The Light.saved my sanity as I was in such torment thinking I would never again see those I love so much . that book calmed my mind and gave me all the hope I need to believe I will be with them again. I love your books and you for writing them for us. I visited your web site ( which is lovely by the way) but I can't say the same about the message board in the last 9 months of visiting and reading things from someone named Babel/Adam . I have been frightened off from joining in there. I was hoping to find love and spirituality with the members there.but what I was reading was so far from that.but it takes nothing away from you or your books . those that post there need to realize . what your message board is really all about. I have found another board. where all are welcome and questions are answered with kindness and caring . no one is made to feel a fool or called names . The grieving or searching don't need that. Joann
