Betty, we received your book by accident, or was it? My wife and I had chosen to go to a restaurant that we had never been to before, on a whim if you will. We ended up meeting two ladies at the bar and began discussing many things. Our topic of discussion turned to religion and on that topic we discussed many things, not the least of which was how a young boy had passed tragically. And on that sad note, she brought up your book and why things happen; a purpose to all things if you will. I read your book the next day and found it to be very enlightening. We will be passing the book onto the mother of the boy that passed so tragically. I, as was the lady we met, am not “religious” in the contemporary term, but refer to myself as spiritual. What was most interesting to me about your book is how your description of things meshed with other books that I have read, such as The Divine Matrix. Your book rang true to me and made “sense,” if you will. Thank you.

Dear Betty, A co-worker just shared your book with me. First I would like to thank you whole-heartedly for sharing His message through your experience. I gained so much inspiration from reading it. It had a profound effect on me, especially at this time of my life. I just recently lost my husband unexpectantly. He drowned while we were on vacation in Florida in October. In one passage you mention your understanding of how some people chose to die, in turn sparing others. When I read that, I thought of an entry that was posted to my husband's on-line obituary guest book. It read: "Our family, as well as others, stayed out of the water the rest of the week. We hope you find comfort in knowing that his death saved countless lives". This was submitted by a couple who were staying 4 condos from where my husband was pulled out of the ocean. They had heard the news. Reading your book and thinking about this comment helps me to look at my husband's death from a completely different perspective and helps me to cope with my loss. Thanks again and God Bless You and your family!

I read your book faf ew years ago, and it has touched me in ways that only I knew. There were questions that I had for years, and in one chapter where YOU spoke with JESUS they were all answered. I have recommended the book to others for years, but have yet to see any buy the book.But, if they dont get the book, thats ok cause I passed the word to them, and that means when I go out to add the book to my collection I will be able to find the book!!! This ia a book that you HAVE to read at least TWICE to get out of it all that YOU WERE MENT TO GET. If some one recommends the book it is a blessing to your life and you should take that blessing and pass it to another!!

I happened to turn oprah on years ago and there you were, I watched and felt a feeling that I can't even describe. I bought your book, Embraced By The Light, since then I only read on near death experiences and speak of them often, The things you told after your experience and your book!, I can tell you inspired me to continue to read more and can I tell you that all I have read was sealed as I sat by my fathers side during his final days.

I too have had the experience of seeing the 3 cloked monk (angels) as Betty states she saw. They came to me in 1989.When I came to this website tonight and watched her video explaining what she saw I almost fell off my chair to have her tell the same exact thing I saw that many years ago.

In the Special Housing Unit at our Prison, an inmate expressed to me coming across your book. I had recently led him to the Lord. He began with excitement to express some of the things he read in your book, and I was excited over hearing such an amazing story. I watch Sid Roth, "It's Supernatural," often, and he has many testimonies of people experiencing God in a supernatural way, much like you. I read your book several years ago and I related to so many of the things you described. I have never had a near death experience, but I am very spirtual and I believe that we were all with Jesus before we were here on earth. I read your books many times over. It was the very first book on death and spirit and it helped my with the death of my 3 yr old son in a car accident, and it has since been a comfort for all the family members I have lost through out the years, but more importantly it has put me on a path to find my purpose and to read and search for all my anseurs about life and I am never disappointed. Thank you, Betty, too, for writing your books. I have read all three and am in the middle of reading Roy Mill's book. Your books have begun me on a path of spiritual growth unlike any other and it burns inside me. As I child, I wondered why some pictures showed the heart of Jesus on fire. It seemed strange and disturbing, but now I feel a "fire" in my heart, too. Most often the fire burns and is painful, but through it all I feel unparallelled spiritual growth in my faith and belief and in who I am as a person, how I should be and where I am going. Thank you.

Embraced by the Light has moved me so much. I have read it over and over and always come out with new and different messages. I really believe that this was your mission.
