Dearest Betty I have read all your books and am awaiting the "Ripple effect" as my next read, I am addicted to your words, they have changed my life so very much, I have my mother, father, brother, and sister-in -law in spirit, I used to miss them so very much but since y=reading your books am comforted and no longer have a huge void in my life, the books have also changed my as a person, I am now at ease with myself, confident and so very contented, my friends call my a little angel, and all the patients I come into contact in hospital with also say I am like an angel sent to help them. It is the most wonderful feeling for people to love and trust me so much, I want to do some much to help others not feel the warmth inside that I do as it is so uplifting. Thank you Betty. Just want to thank you for writing this book, it is so wonderful! I would say it's the BEST book I have ever read but.I have to say my Alcoholics Anonymous book is, because it saved my life! This book comes in second, which comes so close to it! My Aunt Betty gave me this book, whom I love and is dealing with breast cancer right now,I'm so glad she read this and passed it on to me and her kids & others! I can't wait to read your other books! Thank you again!

A friend once told me to read 'Embraced by the Light', told her "I'm not ready yet". In 1996, after a breakup I read the book. It gave me an insight into my own life, and realized; I'm hear on this earth for a purpose/reason, now it was up to me to find it. God/Creator gave me this life to live as an individual and not under someone else's control or be restricted to live the life that was meant for me or the kids. I did just that, with my 4 kids were able to leave for good. This time I found God/Creator. Now we learnt to love, be happy, share, be kind and help one another with what we learnt though our life experience. We are now living life to the fullest. Thank you so much Betty Eadie for sharing.

In 1994 my Mother passed, someone at the hospital gave me your book obviously because she saw my extreme pain. It saved me from a meltdown then. I kept your book and have read it often, given it's recommendation to anyone I though needed it. Now as my sister's life is threatened by lung cancer, I'm looking to it again as to God for guidance to get me through. God is so great and thank you for reminding us all about that greatness.

My life was changed after reading "Embraced By The Light", before I had so many questions regarding heaven, earth, life and death. My curiosity overwhelmed me and I did not know how to channel my wanting to know. Reading your book gave me so much comfort. I am still researching the Bible and I guess I always will.

My Daughter passed away 2-20-10 at 8 years old. She was my best friend and I miss her more than words can say. Her name is Erin Odessa Page and she is the best thing that ever happened to me. I wish I had you faith in the afterlife but I am lost without her.

Betty, I read "Embraced By The Light" in college '93' after I had taken a 'Death & Dying' course and absolutely Loved the book it was so comforting. I first discovered your book 'Embraced by the Light' in 2002. I don't remember who gave it to me.but, all i could do afterwards.was to buy as many copies as possible, and give them to anybody who wanted one. Reading a few of the other comments.i never knew that there were so many others out there that felt.'compelled' to spread the news. What is going on?.This truly is Heaven sent.never felt this way before. My life could be better, but i at least know it has a happy ending. Dear Betty, Your book Embraced by the Light changed my life in so many ways. It was given to me by my Mom before she passed away. It didn't make me miss her any less but gave me the knowledge that she is truly in a better place now. Death is such a strange word for what really happens to us.
