Security. The store is completely secure. Any information you
provide, including your credit card number, is encrypted and stored
on our secure server.
Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with
anyone. We regard your name, email address, shipping address, billing
details, and any other information you provide as private and promise
never to pass it along to another person or business for any reason.
Your Account. You may set up an account with us by clicking "Sign
In" on the store home page, or by clicking "Create an Account"
on the checkout page when you are ready to check out. Creating an account
makes future orders easier. Your personal information will reside in
our secure data base and you will not need to reenter it when you return
to our store. If you prefer not to set up an account, you may still
place orders by clicking "Order without an account" on the
checkout page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service. Normal delivery time to process
and ship your order to your door is 2-3 weeks for U.S. orders and 2-8
weeks for non-U.S. orders.

Sorry, C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
How can I check on my order status?
Orders shipped in the U.S. normally arrive in 2 to 3 weeks of placing
your order. If it has been LONGER THAN FOUR WEEKS since you ordered,
email for a status update.

What kind of guarantee do you have?
Our products are backed by a no-hassle, 30-day guarantee. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return
the products for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

For returned products, you will be refunded the full purchase price,

How do I cancel my order?
To provide the best service to our customers, order processing normally
begins the day after we receive your order. Therefore, to insure the
best chance of cancellation, email tom@embracedbythelight.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I return my product for a refund?
To ensure receiving proper credit, box up the product, making sure it
is well padded. Be sure to include the original paper work included

Are the books and tapes available in languages other than English?
Embraced By The Light and The Awakening Heart have been translated into
languages other than English. However, these are not available for purchase
at this web site. Please check with bookstores in your own area or at
