I am asking for help in your prayers my loving fellow Warring Angels for the healing of my daughter Jasmine who has been suffering from migraines, neck and back issues, the severe stomach pains that returned after having a couple of anaphylaxis reactions to certain foods, and for her best friends who have turned their backs on her. She told me that she wants to continue her education online this morning. She can't get out of bed and will probably not get up until noon hour. Her stomach pain is 9/10. My husband has called her school to leave a message to see what the school can do for her and for us as parents for her education and her well-being. I do have to admit that Jasmine is addicted to sugar. She loves candy and we have to hide it from her. We hid the candy until we see improvement in her health. We have signed her up for counseling in her public school with a counselor to help her deal with her issues with all that's happening. We are thinking that she would highly benefit from a Christian-based counselor. Thank you for being there, our prayer community! Love, Monique

I would like to pray for all First Nations who have suffered from the Indian Residential Schools, and for all the next generations who are healing from the effects of the schools. This day honours the lost children and survivors of the Indian Residential Schools, their families, and their communities. The impacts are ongoing from a tragic and painful history is a vital component of the reconciliation process. Today, we wear orange to remember the children, "Every Child Matters." We had our water pipe burst from the top floor from the shower of our house first thing in the morning last Friday, July 5th. There are significant water damages to our ceiling, main floor, and down to the basement floor to where it leaked. We couldn't stay at home when we couldn't use the water for showers or baths. The drying fans are way too hot for us to remain there. It's as hot as a sauna to dry the house out. I am praying that we can get this fixed and resolved quickly. Our home insurance is involved, a home restoration company, and a plumber. For honesty and trust to be included in all of this. My husband Christopher and I are horrified by what has transpired so far with greed. It's been suggested that we "milk" the insurance as much as we can. We only want our house repaired honestly without any dishonesty. Our routine and diet have been altered. I missed Betty and Jeff on Sunday. I truly missed them! It means a lot for us to stay in tune with God. Please God, help our family, in Jesus name I pray, Amen!

He has been brought back to ICU and took a turn for the worse during the night from an infection in his lungs. He signed a DNR paper the last time he was discharged from the hospital last week. May it be God's will for Derrick's complete healing. But if it's not, may God bring Derrick home back to heaven safe and sound! I ask this in Jesus's name, Amen!

We are having such problems with his behaviour at school. The police and school board teams are involved. We as parents are at wits end and don't know what to do except to pray. Dear Lord, help us with our Christopher to help him get through school and to regulate his behaviour during school hours. May you guide us and keep us in your heart. I pray in Jesus name, Amen!

I have some encouraging news from Joanne. There is hope for Derrick to have a better chance. Our prayers are being heard, as there is a glimmer of hope. I will share Joanne's post for today's update: "Just a little update on Derrick so yesterday after the doctor seen him on his daily rounds the ICU nurse had a family meeting with us all .there plans 2 days back on full life support see how his body rests and then see how he does slowly coming down on support they are talking with Toronto general hospital as that is where he received his double lung transplant.A option hopeful for another transplant if they accept him again .his wish was not to so I told them his wishes .As I left there from visiting hours came home talked to my 3 wonderful kids and asked if they would be angry with me if I went above his wishes and agreed on transplant if he’s strong enough and if he gets accepted again they were all with me and said yes so I called the nurse back right away and told her I was going over and beyond his wishes so now at least we have hope .So with this being said we still have hope and need prayers plz .trying my hardest to keep updated for friends and family." So we continue to pray for the health of Derrick. Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us hope for Derrick's health. We continue to pray for improvement in the quality of life for Derrick. May it be your will dear Lord to extend Derrick's life. May all the arrangements for the transplant happen sooner than later according to your loving will. I ask this in Jesus' name, Amen!

Please pray for teaching staff. We are picketing for the second time this year as the provincial government is not cooperating with our bargaining unit. This is a rotating strike. I'm praying for a collective agreement to be passed soon. May it be in God's great will in Jesus name Amen!
